First draft typically in 2-3 business days per active project; revisions in 1 to 2 business days.

We’ll queue them in Trello and process them one at a time—no cap on the queue

The simple answer is, NO. We don't manage your social media posting schedules. If we get enough requests in the future we may offer scheduling service to to members. 

We default to your preferred translation and respect licensing/citation requirements.

You retain full rights to your original and repurposed content even if you decide to cancel the subscription. We’re a work-for-hire service.

Cancel anytime before your next renewal date to avoid renewal. Service continues through the end of the current paid month. Need a break? You may pause your subscription once per 3-month period for up to 30 days; your billing will shift to match the pause window.

We don’t offer refunds for the current billing period once it starts.
